With experience in international hospitality and tourism, Elias brings a deep understanding of guest satisfaction, property management, and strategic revenue optimization. His goal is to create a seamless experience for both travelers and property owners, ensuring that Karpathos remains a top-tier destination while benefiting the local economy.

Mathilde - is originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, and first set foot on Karpathos in 2016 and immediately fell in love with its charm, beauty, and warm community. She decided to make it her home and has been an integral part of the island ever since.

Mathilde specializes in creating unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring smooth hospitality operations. Her attention to detail and deep passion for guest satisfaction make her an essential part of Coastlify’s mission.
