Do I get a better price by booking directly through Coastlify?

Yes. Booking directly with us means better prices and exclusive offers, without high third-party commissions.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, the conditions depend on the rate you selected at the time of booking:

• Free cancellation rate: You can cancel up to 60 days before your check-in date.

• Non-refundable rate: Cancellation is not permitted.

If you have booked with the free cancellation option, please fill out the cancellation form here to request a cancellation.

Is booking and payment secure on Coastlify?

Absolutely. All bookings and payments are handled through secure, trusted payment systems.

Before your stay, you will have direct contact with the Coastlify team, who can help with booking details, questions about the property, or local recommendations. Once you check in, your primary point of contact will be the property host, and all day-to-day communication will be directed through them.

Are there any hidden fees when booking on Coastlify?

No. All prices are transparent, so you know exactly what you’re paying before confirming your booking.

However, please note that if you need to cancel your booking, there may be a small fee applied by the payment processor. This is separate from the accommodation price and is outside of our control, but it will be clearly communicated during the cancellation process.
